Mishirasu
The huge oval shaped fruit, as big or bigger than a softball, has brown skin with beautiful orange dots giving it a unique appearance. The fruit is crisp and crunchy with excellent flavor. It ripens in late September. It stores for months in the fridge or cellar.
Shinsui
A small to medium size pear with light yellow-brown russet skin. Flesh is fine textured, crisp, crunchy, juicy, flavorful, very sweet.
